Breakfast and other delights
In our living room, you can enjoy delicious food all day long. In the morning, our breakfast shines. We aim to do good, choosing healthy, high-quality products from nearby or lovingly made in-house. Think hearty rolls with seeds and grains from the local bakery around the corner. Fruit juices, fresh fruit, and dairy from the organic farm Hoeve Biesland. And jam and granola made by the team at our sister hotel De Soete Moeder in Den Bosch. After breakfast, we serve a platter of sweet treats. In the afternoon, a snack board follows. All completely free. We’re just happy you’re here.

History

In the footsteps of the famous writer Louis Couperus

At Molenstraat 26, you’ll feel at ease right away, just as the famous Dutch writer Louis Couperus did at the end of the 19th century. Within these safe walls, which at the time were still his older sister’s home, this literary dandy found inspiration for his remarkable poems and novels, such as Eline Vere.
